I am trying to start finish my quilt for the Festival of Trees earlier than I did last year. So far, so good. I have the blocks all finished and went to pick up the material for the borders and the backing this past weekend. And so far, no tears (although it was a close call when the lady at the fabric store asked if I was making the quilt in the memory of anyone in particular…). There are some really beautiful Christmas fabrics out there these days. I’m already starting to get excited about the quilt for next year. Any ideas for a beautiful pattern?
